Training Executive (10 Vacancies)
at Reenisya in Subang Jaya
TRAINING EXECUTIVES – 10 vacancies
(Salary range: RM2300 – RM3000)
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent with minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in retail industry.
• Responsible for developing, formulating, planning, coordinating and implementing a comprehensive set of in-house and external training with good problem solving skills.
• Good presentation skill and able to deliver soft skills training such as leadership and motivational skills to all levels participtants.
Benefits, Bonuses, Increments etc.
- Working hours - Monday – Friday (8.30 am – 5.30 pm)
Saturday – 8.30 am – 1.00 pm (alternate Saturday off on 1st & 3rd week)
-. Annual Leave - Service 2 years & below – 8 days
2 – 5 years – 12 days
Above 5 years – 16 days
- Medical leave - Service 2 years & below – 14 days
2 – 5 years – 18 days
Above 5 years – 22 days
- Bonuses / increments - Yearly entitlement but depend on performance of the staff as well as company
