Sous Cook / Kitchen Helper

Requirements: – Preferred experience in F&B kitchen with basic cooking skills. – Prepare food orders for serving. – Team player but also ability to work independently. – Other culinary experience would be an advantage. – Maintain accuracy in measurement of dish ingredients to ensure food preparation consistency. – Participate in stock rotation, delivery and requisitioning of stock in order to ensure cost effectiveness. – For full timer only, basic at RM1,500+ per month. – General working hour is 10.30am to 10.30pm, 5 days per week.
