Junior Customer Service
at DOORSTEP RETAIL SDN. BHD in Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
• To serve customer inquiry and feedback proposed solutions to customer.
• Liaise with Operations Department and other departments on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries
• Responsible for making a set number of minimum daily calls to introduce and promote company products & services
• Follow up on prospective customers
• Identify & qualify all internal and external lead sources in order to pass leads to the appropriate sales resource.
• Manage the revenue growth through Up selling and Cross selling tactics to exceed this budget through calls.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings, and provide continuous feedback on how to better improve quality of sales
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales / Customer Service is required.
• Good negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken & written English.
