Human Resource Officer

Human Resource Officer
Responsibilities:
• To perform payroll processing.
• To perform leave administration.
• To manage the Personnel Files administration.
• To manage medical adminstration matters.
• To handle matters on contract staff for service/biennial medical check up, long service award and retirement.
• To perform other human resource functions such as preparation of appraisal forms, letters, updating of weekly staff movement and assist in Group Personal Accident and Hospitalisation and Surgical matters.
Requirements:
• Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration or related topics.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Able to handle computerised Payroll and Human Resources Management System. Experience in BOSS.net system is an added advantage.
• Must be familiar with statutory regulations such as Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Employees Provident Fund Act 1991, Employees Social Security Act 1969, Income Tax Act 1967 and Schedular Tax Deductions 1995.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Our client has diversified business interests in Property Development, Property Investment, Facilities Management, Car Park Management, Security Services, General Insurance Services, Investment Trading, Information Technology, Serviced Office, Uptown Conference Centre and Interior Design.
Their office is located at Damansara Uptown.
