Responsibilities:
Receive customer calls of requests for products and services .
To attend to customer enquiries.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries .
To handle and resolve customers' complaints .
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM qualifications.
Any work experience will be good, but not mandatory. Training will be provided for those without any work experience.
Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Additional languages: Mandarin.
Strong dual speaking capability is an added advantage.
Must be computer literate.
Must have good communication skills.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
