Customer Service Assistant/Officer

Responsibilities:
•Attend to existing and potential customers with regard to the company's products and services.
•Liase with related department on collections, overdue payments, stock availability and delivery schedules.
•Proactively assist and respond in a timely manner to customer complaints and enquiries.
•Process customers' orders with efficiency and timely manner as assigned.
•Preparation of delivery orders.
Job Requirements:
◦Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or Degree, any field.
◦Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
◦Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
◦4 Full-Time positions available.
◦Able to start immediately.
◦Chinese female candidates required to liaise with a group of chinese speaking customers.
◦Willing to work in PJ area.
