Full-time HR Assistant

at Minconsult Sdn Bhd in Selangor

Responsibilities:

·Ensure timely and proper updating of related information & systematic filing.
·To monitor staff attendance, update Leave Record and Timesheet Management (Bearpalm System)
·To assist, organize & support the HR functions of the company.
·Provide office administration support to the team as and when needed.
·Perform ad-hoc assignments or duties when required.

Requirements:

·At least STPM or Professional Certificates in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
·At least 1 year of working experience in the related field preferred.
·Preferably those specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
·Familiar with Microsoft office and able to start immediately.
