Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
at Reenisya in Kuala Lumpur
RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT
Looking for someone who is professional looking (good grooming standards), dynamic, presentable and has a strong command of English. Someone who has strong back ground in administrative work and able to work independently as this person will be assisting the GM.
Availability : Immediately
Salary : RM1800 (start) & RM2000 (upon conformation)
Age Range : 25 to 30
Qualification: Minimum Diploma
Position : Permanent
Administrative
- Sales and Payment Reports
- Preparing daily sales and payment report for office
- SQL database registration of sales contracts.
- Invoicing and receipt to clients
- Recording of daily staff attendance and keep track of leave forms.
- Preparing all stationery items for Training School weekly basis
Assisting Senior Sales Manager/Sales Director for all weekly, monthly, outstanding payment and sales reports. Reports can be generated from the database.
Reception
- Answering incoming calls promptly
- Taking down the correct message when staff cannot be contacted
- Customer service support to incoming callers asking for product information. To direct calls to the correct person.
- Attending to office guest, courier runners and suppliers
- Ensuring the clean upkeep of the reception area, proper company brochure and products are shown.
- Prepare interview packs for interviews
- Purchase of office supplies including stationery
