Full-time Chef / Sous Chef / Chef de Cuisine / Head Cook

Job Description:
As Head Chef at of this new Tex-Mex restaurant concept, you will be responsible for all aspects of the culinary program.
In addition to working hands on as Head Chef, you will be responsible for ordering, updating the menu, recipe creation, ensuring food quality, staff development and supervision.
You will be responsible for budgets, financial results, bonus targets and be an active member of the Management team.
You will ensure policies; procedures and standards are developed communicated and followed.
You will be the face to our staff, guests, community and industry of our acclaimed culinary program.

Job Criteria:
Job Type : Full time
Education: Diploma / Certificate preferred
Experience: 5+ years as Chef, Sous Chef or Head Line Cook
Languages: English mandatory, others beneficial
