Credit evaluation (manager and executive)
at Ashley in Kuala Lumpur
1) To independently appraise and evaluate Middle Market credit applications from Commercial Banking loan and to ensure quality assests are booked in the business
2) To ensure compliance of Group Credit Policy, Statutory Guidelines (BNM/GP guidelines, Exchange Control Guidelines, BASEL II Requirements) and Legal Principles of Lending
3) To make credit decisions to either approve or decline within delegated discretionary authority limits
4) To ensure vigilant in identifying any adverse signs or red flags indicating deterioration in existing account quality and recommending appropriate remedial action.
5) To ensure service standards on Turnaround Time for credit application processing are consistently met
6) To conduct visits to Business Centres to build ties with ARMs and assist them in rectifying weak credit proposals
7) To review / re-engineer existing work-flows, procedures and processes with a view to reduce costs and increase revenue
8) To provide relevant MIS analysis relating to commercial credit applications as required
