HR Assistant Manager,Recruitment
at Deeba (Anywhere)
LOCATION:
Kuala Lumpur and/ or Cyberjaya
SALARY:
RM2500 – RM4000
DESCRIPTION:
-Plan and manage recruitment activities
-Establish strong relationships with internal customers
-Drive and implement new HR initiatives in the areas of responsibility
-Meet recruitment requirements within agreed SLA
REQUIREMENT:
-2-4 years work experience is similar environment would be an added advantage
-Call centre & banking background will be an advantage
-Graduate Degree in any field.
-Preferably a minimum of 2 years experience in handling recruitment.
-Planning and project management skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience in recruitment related areas i.e. candidate sourcing process and
tools, recruitment methodologies and volume hiring for niche skills would be
an added advantage.
- Ability to assimilate a large amount of information and make effective
decisions on a wide range of issues.
-A strong desire to achieve outstanding customer service
-Good Ms Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint etc)
-Flexible and able to work long hours if required
