Full-time I.T. Helpdesk Executive

Fresh graduates if willing to work in night shift. I.e either 6.00 PM to 3.00 am /9.00 PM to 6.00 am are considered

You will be compensated a basic salary of RM 3500 .

Night shift allowance of RM 500 is applicable only for 9.00 PM -6.00 am jobs.

Experienced candidates can expect more.

• At least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): Microsoft Window OS, Basic Networking, PC Wireless Connectivity, Lotus Notes, Window XP, and Remote Access troubleshooting knowledge and Knowledge of Lotus Notes mail, MS Outlook

• Certification in GCE O Level 1119 and TOEFL will be an added advantage

• At Least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment

• Excellent command of spoken and written English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Knowledge of cabling and network architectures.
Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.
Ability to identify and distinguish between hardware, software, network and server problems.
