Admin + Receptionist

Role: Admin + Receptionist
Location : Subang Empire Soho
Remuneration: RM1,800 – RM2500 * depend on experiences
5 day works only! Working Hour 9am- 6pm~ Friendly working environment
Responsibilities: – Pick up customer call – Follow up client inquiries by email. – Prepare documentation to client – Responsible for inventory management including monthly stock take,statement account – Perform general office administrative duties.
Requirements: – Chinese female age between 20 – 35 – Able to work without constant supervision & is able to multi-task. – Good in written and spoken English and Malay. – Computer literate. – Able to handle simple-task of administration functions. – Honest, polite & hardworking and good communication skill. – Preferably Female with pleasant personality – Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
