Full-time Site Coordinator in construction -- Kuwait

ONTONOMIA (www.ontonomia.com), an international recruiting and staffing company, is looking for few SITE COORDINATORS for one of his client - a Major worldwide company in Construction and Infrastructure.

SITE COORDINATOR in CONSTRUCTION -- KUWAIT

We are looking for few SITE COORDINATORS in construction to join a large Project in Kuwait : construction of a quarter of a new city.
The Site Coordinator will supervise and control a Chinese company specialized in construction of a new quarter (villas, road, humid and dry networks, small shopping center, office and so on…).

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to this following list:
• Main interface of a Chinese sub-contractor to build,
• Management and control of the budget,
• Management of the planning,
• Supervision of HSE rules to apply on site,
• Team works with other Site Coordinators of the same new city,
• Main person to control and accept the result of the sub-contractor,
• Management of the contract with the Chinese sub-contractor, claims and so on…
• Work with the Architect and the final Client,, ensure that construction is according to specifications
• Management of the administration of your site…

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor Degree in Civil Works.
Bilingual : Chinese/English or Chinese/Arab
You will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and has already got a similar level of responsibility.
A background in construction (villa, shops, office…) is essential.
Good interpersonal, communication and management skills.
Able to motivate a team – Hard Worker,
Good knowledge of on-Site HSE Management.
Computer literate (MS PROJECT, MICROSOFT PACK OFFICE, AUTOCAD…)
Familiar with design and engineering standards. Read and understand drawings.
