Project Executive
at Tele-Temps Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
· To seek and identify business (project opportunities) via active networking, built market intelligence and prospecting referral business.
· To introduce & promote Aino products & services to developers, architects, interior designers & other stakeholders for future reference.
· To contribute towards & be actively involved & participate in all events/exhibitions that promotes & showcases our products.
· To prepare, seek approval & submit business proposal (Incl drawings ,costing, pricing & other Terms & conditions)
· To follow up closely with business proposal/tender submission & prompt follow up of customers’ queries.
· To review successful contract & evaluate terms & conditions to ensure capability & ability to comply & implement.
· To prepare & submit progress claim & follow up with timely collection.
· To follow up with all stakeholders (developers, main contractors, sub contractors, purchasing, suppliers, factory & personnel relating to the implementation of the project. To implement complete end to end customer service & secure project completion certificate (recognition)
Requirements:
· Qualification: Minimum Diploma in IT and/or business discipline
· Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in Sales and/or Project supervision. Preferable with management capabilities. Exposure in coordinating with architects and developers on the pre and post projects awarded.
· Any Gender
· Race: Chinese
· Age: Between 20 - 40
Other Information:
· Salary Offered: Up to RM 3, 500
· Working Hours / Days: Mon-Fri 09.00am - 6.00pm
· Work Location: Solaris Dutamas
