Purchasing Executive
at Tele-Temps Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
· Issue purchase order to suppliers (from prod. / sales order)To update purchase order (received suppliers D.O. and file-in)
· To update D.O. on monthly basis (invoice from suppliers)
· To validate suppliers’ invoice on qty. and pricing
· To evaluate the quality of the suppliers’ services and ensure that goods received will not hamper our delivery schedule.
· Suppliers invoice to be key-in and updated to Accounting System
· To ensure that suppliers payment are paid within the stipulated time
· To update the Marketing and Outlet Managers on the latest range of product available by the suppliers.
Requirements:
· Minimum Qualification: LCCI / Diploma or Degree
· Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in purchasing and accounting field
· Skills: To be able to operate software such as Accounting Software eg. UBS, Microsoft Words, Excel, Lotus, etc
· Training: Procurement and other related training will be given if candidate does not have any exposure in that field
· Any Gender
· Race: Chinese
· Age: Between 20 - 40
Other Information:
· Salary Offered: Up to RM 3, 500
· Working Hours / Days: Mon-Fri 09.00am - 6.00pm
· Work Location: Solaris Dutamas
