Quantity Surveyor
at Tele-Temps Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
· To handle all matters related to QS duties including tendering (pre & post contract).
· Handle estimation of cost and sources & quantity take off.
· Attend Site visit & meetings.
· Liaise with design & construction team.
· Responsible for contract admin duties, costing & project management.
· Preparation and update of elemental and detail cost plans.
· Assist in tender evaluation
· Cost monitoring and reporting
· Preparation and valuation of progress and final payments
· Measuring, assessing and valuing variations and claims
· Technical auditing
· Assist in Purchasing.
Requirements:
· Qualification: Minimum Degree in related field
· At least 2 years in the similar capacity
· Any Gender
· Race: Chinese
· Age: Between 20 - 40
Other Information:
· Salary Offered: Up to RM 3, 500
· Working Hours / Days: Mon-Fri 09.00am - 6.00pm
· Work Location: Solaris Dutamas
