Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly management report.
Monitor of Cash Flow & Bank Reconciliation.
Liaise with bankers, Auditors & Tax Agent.
Handle daily collection of cash & credit card , bank in and reconcile cash & cheque receipt with cash book on daily basis.
Control of Trade debtors & creditors.
Assist of Fixed Assets i.e. depreciation,written off/disposal of assets.
Overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of accounting department.
Requirements:
Must possessDiploma in Accounting or it's equivalent
At least 5 years working experience in related field
Applicants must be willing to work at Mutiara Damansara
Pleasant Personality
Independent, with good interpersonal skills
Good spoken and written English
Must be Computer Literate
Familiar with UBS Accounting system will be an advantage
