Recruitment Consultants
at Tele-Temps Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
· Source and identify the right candidates to fill vacancies with our client
· Understands clients' requirements and provide quality candidates to client
· Coordinate interview arrangements, conduct interviews and administer testing procedures for all qualified candidates
Requirements:
· SPM or Diploma in Human Resource or related field
· 6months - 1 year of working experience in a performance driven environment, preferably in a client-facing role such as sales and marketing, business development or account management. Candidates with recruitment experience gained in a recruitment agency will have an added advantage.
· Experience in an end-to-end or client management role would be highly considerable
· Must be a team player; self-motivated, target-driven with a 'can-do' attitude.
· Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision.
· Self motivated, positive, energetic and enjoy interacting with people (phone and face-to-face).
· Ability to speak well in English
· Any Gender

· No Age Barrier
Other Information:
· Salary: RM 1,500 + Commission (Up to 10%)
· Work Location Kuala Lumpur
