Full-time Customer Care Consultant - Malaysia Airlines (MAS)

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Handle Flight booking for domestic and international sectors (Economy/Business/First Class)
• Handle customer enquiries: Golden Holiday package/ENRICH Frequent Flyer programme/Fares/Lost Baggage/ Internet Booking
• Cross-Sell/Up-sell latest products / special promotion (Supersavers/Golden Holidays, etc)
• SPM/Diploma/Degree: credits in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics.
• Fresh graduates without relevant experience will also be considered.
• Ability to converse fluently in Mandarin and English.
• Must be able to work Shift hours as early as 5am or late night Shift (graveyard shift like 12am)
• Basic Salary: RM1,500 or RM1,700 (based on related working experience)
• There is Shift allowance, Meal allowance and there is sales incentive if i successfully sell airline ticket that meet the qualifying values.
• Must have own transport.
• Have to work 6 days a week, 9 hours a day (8 work hours and 1 Lunch hour). Rest day might not falls on Saturday or Sunday. It can be on a week day.
