Full-time Customer Service Specialist

at Tele-Temps Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
· Assists in customer service administration and coordinate customer complaints.
· Monitoring of schedules, inventory and logistics.
· Coordination of delivery schedule, Sales Order Processing, production scheduling, billing & etc.
· Handled all incoming calls of customers regarding shipments and remaining stocks.

Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Business Admin, Marketing, IT or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years working experience in similar job.
· Good knowledge in MS office, ERP system, Credit note and Debit note (added advantage), and production planning.
· Gender: Female
· Race: Chinese
· Age: Between 25 - 35

Other Information:

· Salary Offered: RM 2, 000 - RM 2, 500
· Working Hours / Days: 08:30am-5pm(Mon-Fri) / 08:30am-1pm(Alt Sat)
· Work Location: Petaling Jaya
