Resident Support
at Tele-Temps Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
· Provide remote and desk-side support in response to user enquiries regarding application usage and application/system problems
· Perform regular administrative tasks on the systems such as monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance, backups for pc, server and network performance.
Requirements:
· Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
· Familiar with Windows desktop systems (Windows XP/Vista/7) and Windows Server Operating system (Window 2003/2008) and MS Office applications (Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010)
· Basic server and networking knowledge
· Gender: Male
· Race: Any
· Age: Between 21 - 35
Other Information:
· Salary Offered: RM 2, 300 - RM 3, 500
· Working Hours / Days: 08:00am - 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)
· Work Location: KL & Shah Alam
