Job Description:

• Be responsible for developing, growing and supporting web design and e-commerce solutions business.
• Provide pre-sales support, gather information, conceptualize, design and validate technology or architecture. In addition, you will conduct pre-sales presentation and demonstration; perform RFP analysis and proposal creation.
• Handle project inquiries from customers diligently and efficiently. Preparing solution and proposal to potential customers.
• Implement sales strategies and process through prospecting, solution proposing, negotiation and order fulfillment.
• Understanding customer requirements/needs and converting into workable solutions.
• Reporting to the Managing Director. And work closely with the creative team and the back-end development team to create accessible, effective websites for our clients.
• To coordinate, support, deliver service and website solutions to meet customer needs. Efficient and quality of service is our business values.
• Provide training to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline, preferably IT/ e-Commerce .
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in web sales, hosting and e-commerce solutions
• Good direct hands on management of projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all level.
• Self motivated and ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Malay and Chinese.
• Basic salary + commission + allowance
• Possess own transport.
• Must be Willing to work in Penang Island
