JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Care Consultant (In-bound)
• To attend customer queries/requests tactfully and professionally via telephone
• To cross-sell and up-sell Value Added Services and products
• To provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds our customers’ expectations
• To adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer complaints at all times
• To maintain a high degree of responsibility towards customer confidentiality.
Customer Care Consultant (Out-Bound)
• Support inbound transferred calls – in order to save customers from churning from Client’s network.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers.
Fixed Salary Portion:
1. Basic Salary: RM1,400* (SPM), RM1,500* (Diploma) and RM1,800* (Degree)
*may be higher based on additional years of working experience
2. Hardship Allowances per month: RM100 *this can be removed if your working hours are not on shift basis
3. Hand-phone rebate per month: RM300
4. Contract allowance (which is 15% of the above Basic Salary) per month
5. Working hours: 24×7 rotational shift
