SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
at The Talent Vault Asia in Selangor
Responsibilities:
•To assist in the conceptualization of potential development and preparation of feasibility studies in accordance with the approved procedure.
•Directing, coordinating and monitoring the works of appointed consultants from planning stage until the building plan is approved by the relevant authorities.
•To develop product design and specifications in collaboration with the Marketing Department and team of consultants to ensure proposed products are in accordance with current market requirements.
•To oversea the daily operation of the project development team from product development stage to contract implementation and handling over stage.
Requirements:
•Degree/Professional Qualification in Architecture/ Engineering / Building.
•Minimum 12 years working experience, with relevant experience in high rise residential development.
•Familiar with Quality Management System .
•Excellent communications, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills and work well across cultures.
•Of uncompromising integrity, absolute discretion and able to manage and confidential information under pressure.
•Strong personality and leadership qualities with commitment to excellence, analytical and able to take on long-term challenges and fulfill corporate mission to ensure continuous development of the Company and contribute towards the Company’s business growth and vision.
•Resourceful, flexible, able to multi-task, good working attitude, independent, self motivated and capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
