Customer Service Executive – Credit Card
About the job
To offer a holistic approach to customer service and ensure customer and ensure customer receives positive experience through quality handling of each inbound and outbound telephone call, facsimile and email, which will contribute to increased customer loyalty and overall satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
Requirements
• Possess Degree/ Diploma from an accredited college/ university with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and above
• Those working in Credit card ( Visa/Master/Amex ) environment will have added advantage
• Age 35 years and below
• Excellent in English & Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written). Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• IT savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good team player
• Able to work flexible & shift hours on a 24 by 7 basis
• Able to work full time on a one-year contract basis, with an opportunity to be considered for permanent employment
• Must be able to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
• Minimum 3 Credits in SPM
