Chinese In or Out-bound Telemarketer (Remuneration of RM1,800 and above)

Job Description:
1. Handle incoming telephone interactions from customers to delivery first call resolution.
2. Update customer records and ensure organized speedy resolutions by the relevant parties.
3. Follow up with customer and resolve outstanding issues pending.
4. Maintain company image and uphold best practices to deliver customer service excellence.
Staff Attributes:
1. Able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
2. Able to delight customers, meeting their queries and needs.
3. Works accurately and with an eye for detail.
4. Handles customer interaction in the best interest of both customer and company.
5. Is able to analyze the customers' situation.
6. Willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer and with the company.
Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM holder and / or with relevant or without experience in call center (telco / broadband / banking) environment.
2. Must be able to converse competently in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to grasp dialects such as Cantonese, Hokkien and Hakka would be advantageous.
3. The candidate must be able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
4. To start work with ASAP or short notice.
5. Salary to commensurate with relevant experience and skills ( Around RM1800 for freshies to RM2300 with 1 year relevant experience) and up to RM4,000 for justified experience.
