Responsibilities:

• Make telephone calls to potential prospects who have been solicited through advertisements.
• Maintain records of contacts.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
• Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, marketing tools and lists purchased.

Requirements:

• 2+ years inside sales / telemarketing/call center experience.
• Must have great verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to get appointments through telemarketing and cold calling.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

Salary:

• Up to RM3,000/month
