Full-time URGENTLY NEEDED: Customer Service Executive (x40)

at Amy Andrew in Selangor

Customer Service Executive (x40)
5 days a week, rotating shifts
RM 1800 - RM 3000
Petaling Jaya (Nearby Asia Jaya LRT station)

Responsibilities:

To undertake inbound calls to deliver world class, one-stop customer service
Strengthen customer service capabilities by following closely to required
standards
To ensure follow-up activity arising from customers call

Requirements:

Experience working in Customer Support is an added advantage
Applicants have to be a logical thinker & computer literate
Good telephone etiquette
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
