Position: Customer Representative Officer (CRO)

Working hour for Customer Representative (CR):-
Mon – Fri (10am – 6pm)
Sat (9am – 3.30) alt ( 2xsatuday in month)
Basic Salary: RM1500

Job Description:
1. To attend to all in-coming calls promptly and attend to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
2. To secure service appointment & meet daily job quota.
3. To liaise technicians if there are any cancellations, postponement or changes of appointment made.
Requirements:
1. Min. SPM
2. Able to converse well in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or other major dialects.
3. Computer literate
4. Having related working experience & good communication and interpersonal skillsan added advantage.
Staff benefits:
