Position: Technical Support Officer
at adham in Penang
Salary Range : RM 2000 - RM 2700
Job Description:
- Diagnosis & problem solving, via telephone and email support for computer systems & software systems within standard time frames.
- Escalation of issues to the Customer Care Consultant/or Call Center Manager in order to resolve the issue to the customer's complete satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate call logging and tracking into Helpdesk database.
- Follow up on all cases logged to ensure every case is closed within standard time frames
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse range of people with varying levels of technical understanding and ability in international environment.
- Have strong understanding and technical ability for both PC environment and applications.
- Good disciplines to follow company policies, Call Center procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Able to speak, read and write proficiently in both English and/or Thai Language /Mandarin / Cantonese. Added language skills will be an advantage.
- Possess broad knowledge of software, hardware, PCs, OS trouble shooting
- Possess strong problem-solving, customer-relation skills and excellent communication skills
- Is analytical, articulate, result-oriented and able to perform under pressure & provide excellent follow-up.
- Possess good reporting and documentation skills.
- Willing to work at Penang, Bayan Lepas
