Vacancy Sales Devolepment Executive
at adham in Selangor
Position : Sales Development Executive.
Location : Temasya Industrial Park, Shah Alam.
Salary range : RM2000 - RM 3500
Working Hour : Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm)
(Require own transport)
(Permanent Base)
Requirement :
• Minimum Diploma holder with related disciplines.
• Fresh candidate is encourage to apply and with computer literate. Applicant with Diploma/Degree in Nutrition is an extra credit to apply this position
• Well-organized person, team player, work independently and willing to work extra hours
• Willing to travel for outstation duties as instructed by Management
• Preferable Chinese applicants with ability to speak/write several dialects
• Organizing and conducting monthly meeting inclusive of opportunity meeting, product talk, health talk, product demonstrations, health and wellness fair, leadership training, workshop, seminar, leaders meeting, launching, banquet, recognition etc as needed
• Setting goals, preparing and implementing action plans, executing monthly sales plan for the assigned region to ensure achievement of monthly objective in sales, recruitment and development of our business partner in the region.
• Provides timely and accurate communication, conducts regular follow up, counselling and coaching with our business partner to build motivation, selling and leadership skills.
• Provides timely feedback to the management regarding progress and the performance of the assigned region enter data into computer system
