Full-time Customer Service Executive (Night Shift)

at Mohd Adham in Kuala Lumpur

Location : Jalan Sultan Ismail
Salary : RM2000- RM3500
(Permanent Night Shift)

Responsibilities:
• Provide timely, accurate and relevant information to our customers, i.e. accurate product and pricing information, training & assessment system based on customer needs.
• Proactively assist and respond in a timely manner to customer complaints.
• Provide accurate resolution to issues raised.
• Identify and act on selling opportunities to increase revenue, whilst providing suitable solutions to customers’ requirements.
• Administer transactional information and ensure system entries are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree holder.
• Experienced in contact centre environment in a similar industry.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a pleasant personality, like problem-solving and providing assistance to customers.
