3D Modeller & Graphic Designer

MORF Interactive Communications (Malaysia) has job openings for 3D Modellers & Graphic Designers for online games and virtual worlds development.
With an international presence, MORF is a virtual worlds and casual online games company. Our innovative and dynamic organisation is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic & progressive thinking individual to join our team as an in-house 3D Modeller and Graphic Designer. You will be integral in the launch of several new products which will include character design and modelling, environmental design, as well as any other graphic requirements for the company’s various online products.
If you possess a varied skill set suited to the entire 3D artwork design of a product & can demonstrate this through examples of your experience, we want to speak to you.
Responsibilities:
• Propose and design new characters for our games and online products
• Design various game characters and assets for our development team
• Design various environments for our development team
• Design and complete work on various videos and artwork for our online products
Skills Required:
• High proficiency of 3D Studio Max skills a must
• Adobe CS4 skills
• Strong sketching, drawing skills and strong ability with Wacom tablet
• Good graphic design and 3D modelling skills
• Proven ability to balance workloads and meet deadlines
• Strong planning skills
• Work autonomously
• Adventurous, good attention to detail, fun and a hard worker
• Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
Desirable skills/experience:
• Experience working in the Asian games industry
The successful candidate must be a self-starter, have a conceptual and creative mindset, and practical approaches to problem solving. Multiple language skills other than English, Malay, Chinese or Indian are highly desirable but not essential.
