Full-time Temporary Account Assistant

at Business Career Recruitment Agency in Selangor

Preparation of monthly credit note

To generate billing/invoicing and ensure that it is completed by the stipulated date (including manual invoicing and bill in advance) including attaching of work orders

To manage data entry of payments (TT & cheques) and daily collection with ABX/despatch

To assist with Statement of Accounts, Reminders and Stop Service letters

To print and send monthly ageing by salesperson to the respective account Managers by the 2nd Working day of the month following the month of invoice.

Any other duties that may be prescribed by your immediate superior from time to time

3 months contract

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.

Basic Skills : Microsoft office, computer literate

Preferable language(s):English,Chinese,and Bahasa Malaysia.

Prefer Female

Able to start work immediately.
