Senior Shipping Executive (Perm, Singapore-Tuas, up to 2.6k)

Our client is a Japan Freight Forwarding MNC that offers a one-stop-shop for all mode of transportation and an integrated logistics service provider in the West.
Responsibilities:
Handle full set of shipping documents
Handle day to day operations and transactions in the forwarding area
Arrange bookings with co-loaders / carriers and execute all pertinent shipping documents
Send pre-alert and shipping advices to customer
Assist in sourcing rates with various carriers for destination not in service
Ensure proper cut off procedures at month-end closing
Tradeweb/Customs declaration
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 2 year of relevant working experience in related industries
Freight Forwarding experience is a must
Experience in Tradeweb will be added advantages
Able to commence work immediately or on short notice
Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
Singaporeans, PR and Malaysians only
Proficient in MS Office applications
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Other Information:
Salary Range: Basic S$1800 - S$2600 (depending on relevant shipping experience)
Location: Singapore in the WEST, Jurong, Company Transport pick up at Jurong East, Boon Lay, CCK MRT
Working Day: Mon – Fri 0830 - 1730 hrs & Sat (alternate) 0830 - 1230 hrs
Nationality: Singapore/ PR /Malaysians are welcome to apply
