Flash Artist
at Human Resource Manager in Sarawak
This is a great opportunity for a talented artist to work with a company that is focused on serious games, an innovative technology that utilizes 3D game technologies for immersive learning purposes.
The Flash artist’s main responsibilities include GUI and website designs for the game.
• Conceptualising, creating and implementing GUI fun functionality and aesthetics
• Creating game front end menu systems
• Designing websites for the company and product brands.
• High quality Flash animations
• Game demo reel
• Working closely with Art and Programming teams
Qualifications and Experience include:
• Layout and Graphic design.
• Typographic design and layout.
• Font selection and localization
• Logo and icon design.
• Colour theory application
• Simplification - Experience in simplifying complex workflows in menu systems.
• Formal user-interface design qualifications in related fields such as information design, graphic design or information science.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
• Software knowledge includes primarily Flash (Actionscript a plus), Photoshop, Illustrator and AfterEffects
• InDesign , 3D Max and Dreamweaver are pluses.
Personality we seek:
Creative, Independent, Initiative, Passionate about learning, Ability to take responsibilities and make decisions, Attention to detail is extremely important.
