Full-time Receptionist cum Administration Assistant (Selangor, Seri Ke

DiTaQ Computer is looking for suitably qualified, dynamic, competent and result oriented individuals to fill in the following position:

Receptionist cum Administration Assistant
(Selangor, Seri Kembangan)
Responsibilities:
• Receive/answering phone calls, massage and receptionist duties.
• Distribute incoming and outgoing letter appropriately.
• Attend all customers to meet all the staff and management they are looking for and any inquiries.
• To liaise with courier companies for outgoing mails / packages and to distribute all incoming courier mail / packages to relevant personnel.
• To assist the Manager in the provision of administration duties in the maintenance office e.g. monitor and control the stock of office stationery; pantry items etc.
• Handle general office administration duties and other task given from time to time.
• Maintain HR Data Base: staff leave and staff attendance report.
• Responsible on work, punctuality, friendly, cheerful.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Certificate in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent;
• 1-2 years of working experience in this field.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malay
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Preferably Female, age 25-30
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Possess own transport.

Additional:
Working Day – 5Days
Working Hours – 9am-6pm
